OVERVIEW
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with a refund.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Most items are eligible for refunds. Please see the Non-Refundable Items section below for exceptions.
TIMEFRAME
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Items must not show signs of wear or damage
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be refunded:
• Digital products (downloads, software, digital gift cards)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Perishable goods
• Intimate apparel or hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund:
1. Contact us at support@shoporify.store within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund
3. We will provide you with return instructions
4. Ship the item(s) back to us following the provided instructions
5. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund
REFUND METHOD
We will refund your purchase to your original payment method.
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet our refund conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shoporify.store. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for items that are:
• Returned outside the 30-day window
• Not in original condition or missing components
• Showing signs of use or wear
Any partial refund decisions will be made at our discretion and communicated to you before processing.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please request a refund for your original item and place a new order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 5-7 business days:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
• Contact your bank (processing times vary)

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any issues with your order before filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any concerns fairly and quickly.
